Refund policy

At mimiq collectables, we strive to ensure every product is accurately described. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before making a purchase, as we do not accept returns on any product or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions.

All items opened Live for the purpose of ‘Rip and Ship’ are at the liability of the buyer. Once a product is opened the product is considered ‘Damaged’ and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Instances where a refund may be offered
A refund or replacement may be provided in the following cases:

• The item was wrongly described
• The wrong item was sent
• The item is faulty
• The item is proven to be damaged during the shipping process

If you believe your order falls under one of these categories, please contact us immediately.
We have a 7 day refund window, starting from the day your order is delivered. If we are notified after the 7 day period, we may not be able to resolve the issue.
